Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a ComingWith account or using the ComingWith mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ComingWith. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts where we have reason to believe a user is under 18.

3. Purpose of the App

ComingWith is a travel companion platform that helps adults connect with potential travel partners. We do not organise, book, or take responsibility for any travel arrangements, accommodations, or activities that users may undertake together.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering and updating your profile.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use ComingWith to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial arrangements from other users
• Promote escort services, sex work, or any illegal activity
• Create fake profiles or impersonate any person
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ComingWith a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the App. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Safety

ComingWith does not conduct background checks on users. We strongly encourage you to exercise caution when meeting anyone in person, share your plans with a trusted person, and meet in public places first. ComingWith is not responsible for the conduct of its users online or offline.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

ComingWith offers optional paid subscriptions. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the relevant app store.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and code within the App are owned by or licensed to ComingWith. You may not use our brand or content without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that connections made through the App will lead to safe or successful travel experiences.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComingWith and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from interactions with other users, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any conduct we deem harmful to the community.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where ComingWith is registered.
